Brookleys has been in the family for over 100 years with 3 generations living and farming the adjoining fields.

 

Christine and Ted have been offering accommodation for bed and breakfast guests for over 30 years and enjoy meeting and welcoming guests into their home.

We are proud to offer two ground floor suites with private amenities and a beautiful continental breakfast provided in your rooms.

They are very pleased to share their local knowledge of the beautiful area and advise interesting places to see and visit.

 

Situated 7 miles from the historic town of Stratford upon Avon, there are numerous interesting Shakespearean properties to visit and the Royal Shakespeare theatres. Alongside the beautiful River Avon, you can hire small rowing boats and River cruises. Brookleys is also situated within half an hours drive of 10 National Trust properties. Including the popular Hidcote Gardens, one of the countries most influential 20th Century gardens designed by Lawrence Johnston. Others include, Broadway Tower, Coughton Court, Packwood House, and Charles Wade's fascinating collection at Snowshill Manor. Located on the borders of the Cotswolds outstanding area of natural beauty there are many small villages that are well worth visiting.
