Christine and Ted take great pleasure in
receiving guests into their home and always welcome them with a refreshing pot of tea or coffee accompanied
by scones or biscuits to make you feel at home. We are happy to share our extensive knowledge of the area,
both having been born in the area.

This lovely farm house boasts comfortable and beautifully decorated rooms. The ground floor Roses Suite with its own private sitting room with free view TV, sofa and easy chair, fridge, microwave and many extras for making simple meals. |

The Breakfast/Dining Room Fruit, cereal and a choice of a Full English Breakfast to Smoked Salmon on scrambled eggs is served to the timeless ticking of the Grandfather Clock from 7.15am to 9.00am in the elegant Dining Room which is home to the family's Baby Grand Piano. Christine is always happy to offer alternative breakfast for guests with special dietary needs. |

Brookleys has a further ground floor twin room with private bathroom, and a first floor double room, all with TV and Hospitality trays, and if the summer is hot, cooling fans are provided. For that special occasion we can arrange at your request champagne and flowers. For our business travellers we have Free Broadband Wireless Internet Access so you can use your laptop, and keep in touch with your business whilst away from the office. Brookleys is a working farm with Ted running a flock of pedigree sheep and Christine looking after the bed and breakfast which received a gold hygiene award in Jan 07. |

Brookleys has delightful gardens which the
guests are welcome to enjoy relaxing on the swing or for the more energetic having fun in the adjoining
games room playing table tennis or pool.

The Hot Tub
A Hot Tub has recently been installed in a lovely summer house that guests
can enjoy to ease away their aches and pains.
